Large, comfortable, airy, salt water bay front house. Shinnecock Bay. Only 2 miles to ocean beaches, 3 miles to charming Southampton. Vineyards and great public golf courses are nearby. The house is also walking distance to several canal restaurants and clubs, as well as Meshutt Beach State Park. If you don’t feel like cooking or dressing up, Meshutt beach has a wonderful snack bar (lobster, raw clams, pasta, burgers, dogs, wings, etc.) as well as a full bar and live music on the beach every evening until sunset. Calm water and a playground for children.

Many people prefer to just stay at home here at the house and look out at the water. The outdoor shower and the hot tub face the beach. Swimming off the back deck of the house is great, we recommend water shoes – it is mostly round stones, shells and sand. The front lawn is enclosed by a four foot picket fence – great for dogs. $150 Cleaning fee only. More photos upon request.
