The heated in ground pool is virtually maintenance free thanks to the Tiger Shark automated robotic vacuum that works while you sleep, and the newly installed Pentair Intellichlor system which eliminates chlorine costs. There are NO added pool maintenance costs.

The house easily sleeps six adults in three bedrooms but if you pull out the queen sized sleeper sofa another two adults are easily accommodated.

The kitchen is loaded with all of the amenities you are used to.

This year the house was hooked up to Suffolk water eliminating low pressure problems and the worry off fertilizer or road salt leaching.
