Study has computer and house has wireless Internet access. Heated pool with pool deck, wet bar with refrigerator, barbecue, private outdoor shower.

Two kayaks and a 15ft sailboat are included.The harbor is perfect for swimming as well. The nearest ocean beach is 10-15 min drive away depending on traffic.

The design and location of the house is perfect for romantic gateway (gorgeous views and very private), big families (waterfront backyard, water activities right at your feet; you can teach your kids to kayak or sail ). With the wet bar outside and pool, it is great for entertainment as well.

Available in May, 2500 per week, 2000 per weekend, add $500 for Memorial Day weekend. Other weekend and week availability and prices on request.
