We are the “uncrowded house” with four men & four women per weekend in a spacious, four-bedroom home with multi-million-dollar views of Noyak Bay.

Our house members have serious careers, but look to unwind on the weekends by running, biking, or just relaxing by the water. We have three kayaks available for house members to use.

About half our group is returning, and half are new so this is not a clique house. We’ve graduated from the club scene prefer hosting and attending cocktail/dinner parties. House members are late 30s-40s.

This house is run by very experienced house managers who have organized shares in Westhampton, East Quogue, and Southampton — but we are looking forward to telling you why we feel Sag Harbor is the very best! This is our eighth summer in this fabulous location.

We don’t run this as a business, so of course the house is available to members for mid-week use.

1/2 share (10 weekends) – $3,600
1/4 share (5 weekends) – $1,800
