Relax and let all the stresses of the city fall away as you enjoy your private landscaped backyard and tranquility garden, sit and enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch, sit and read a book by the fireplace or enjoy a movie in the theater room. House is completely stocked with linens, towels, dishes, utensils, grill, etc. All of the furnishings are new, including top-of-the-line queen mattresses in 2 bedrooms and full size pullout bed in 3rd. Master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub. Very pleasant street, great for biking or walking, and a short walk to the bay and nature sanctuary. Short drive over the Quogue or Ponquogue bridge to ocean beaches where you can pay by the day (Tiana and Ponguogue beaches to the east or Cupsoque beach to the west). Very close by are great restaurants (Stone Creek Inn, Tony’s Asian Fusion, New Moon Cafe) and a wonderful farm stand for fresh corn, tomatoes, fruits, vegetables, and freshly baked breads and sweets. Westhampton is about 10 minutes away and Southampton is about 15. Short drive to the north-shore wineries and Tanger Outlets. Only 1 hr, 20 mins from Manhattan. Available for weekly rental ($1500/wk September, $1200/wk October-April) or minimum long weekend rental Thurs-Sunday $750-$1000. House sleeps maximum 6 people. Great for couple with children.
