The house is centrally located to East Hampton village (about 3 miles), Sag Harbor (about 5 miles) and Amagansett (about 7 miles). You can easily reach the beaches in East Hampton or Amagansett within 10 minutes. The tennis clubs are also located 3 miles away.

The house comfortably sleeps 8 (4 couples) with additional sleeping for 4 in the living area (2 couples).

First floor master bedroom — full size bed plus a bed for a small child and an en suite full bath;
First floor living area — queen size sleeper sofa plus a full size futon and a half bath;
Second floor — two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and one full bathroom;
Lower floor — one bedroom and one full bathroom.
