This is very private house, but tons of windows.

No pool parties allowed, this is a noise ordinance in affect.

Upper or main level contains two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and living area with deck off of dining area. All connected by interior stairway.

Towels, pillows and bed linens included (no extra large beach towels provided).

Entire house has AC provided by window units installed throughout. 2 zone central/gas fired baseboard heating.

IO level cable on two TV sets with remotes.

Stereo, broadband WIFI connection. VOIP telephone.

Enclosed outside shower.

Weber propane gas grill.

Each kitchen has everything you will need for your eating and drinking pleasure — coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, pots, pans and utensils.

Outdoor furniture including tables, chairs, lounges for complete relaxation in the hamptons style.

Plenty of driveway space for parking cars.

Weekend rental rate $550.00. Extend your weekend by a night earlier on Thursday or staying a night longer to include Sunday night for a total rate of $650.00.
