Three bedrooms — Lower level master suite with queen sized bed. Master opens out to its own deck facing rear yard. Also, master suite has its own bathroom and kitchen.

Upper or main level contains two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and living area with deck off of dining area. All connected by interior stairway.

Towels, pillows and bed linens included (no extra large beach towels provided).

Entire house has AC provided by window units installed throughout. 2 zone central/gas fired baseboard heating.
