If you are looking for a place to get away for the summer, come to
East Hampton. Pool, walk to the beach, great sunsets, a great place
to relax. There are many things to do, you can go sip the new wines on a
winery tour, walk the beach, sit in front of the fire and relax, walk
through the Hampton towns, go to Gurneys Spa for a total day
treatment, enjoy food in a relaxed atmosphere at all the restaurants.

The house is a contemporary Saltbox with three bedrooms: on the second
floor there are two bedrooms and a bath, the master bedroom has a
queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. On the first floor
there is another bedroom with a full size bed and a bathroom. There are two
televisions with cable, one in the master Bedroom the other in the
living room. There is lots of outdoor decking, gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower
(May-Oct).

There is a 36×16 pool (end May to mid Oct). The house is located about
500 feet to Gardners Bay. The drive to the village of East Hampton takes
10 minutes. The area is very quiet and peaceful. If you need any other

season.

We have a gorgeous, brand new house in Bridgehampton–three bedrooms, three baths, hardwood floors, central air, den with a brick floor and 50 inch plasma TV. The master suite has a queen bed and a private bath with a jacuzzi and marble shower; two bedrooms on the first floor have twin beds, a full size and another full bath. There is another half bath off the back of the house, as well as an outdoor shower. There is a nice yard (the house abuts a nature preserve with great hiking trails) but no pool. Our offer is this: pay $24,000 upfront now and we will install a pool this winter, in plenty of time for Memorial Day.

We require a 20% security deposit- *an additional 10% for any pets.


All cottages come fully furnished. They contain beds, bathrooms, and televisions upon request. Small dogs are allowed inside the cottages, however cats and/or other animals are not. The units do not include air conditioning, however you may bring one if you would like. All cottages are about a 10-15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive from Tiana Beach. The cottages come with a coffeemaker and other appliances such as a microwave.
