All of the amenities were exactly as described, and her place was very clean and pleasant. The location was perfect, near lots of activities, Times Square and great restaurants. The subway was close by (a 5-10 minute walk). Her kitchen was well-equipped for meals with everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the balcony with views of the city and river. She ensured there was closet and drawer space, which was very useful for our week-long stay. The building was quiet and secure. Wi-fi was useful and always reliable, and the pool and other common areas in the building were very nice. The doormen and concierge were very pleasant and helpful.Our communications with Shirley prior to our stay were always prompt and informative.
