Excess usage will be deducted from security deposit.

Monthly rates include $250 turnaround cleaning allowance which covers normal occupancy.

Long term and annual rates do not include utilities.

Confirmation Deposit: ? 50% of the total rent for your stay must be received before your reservation is deemed confirmed, and is non-refundable.

?Balance of total is required within 4 weeks of your stay.

Security Deposit: ? All stays require an $8,500 security deposit two weeks prior to arrival.

?Security deposit after any adjustments returned within 72 hours of departure date.

Also has separate “artist’s studio”, which can be a work space or sleep space. Central air/heating, wood burning stove. Lovely property with truly a “secret garden” feel with large bluestone patio off back. New outdoor shower and loft space. Also available for monthly or weekly retails.

Large, airy, light filled space with cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking Accabonac Harbor, one of the hidden treasures of East Hampton. Large bath, separate kitchen area, private deck. CAC, cable, DVD, WiFi. Quiet and serene.

$1000 per week, $300 per night if weekend only. Available June and last two weeks of July.
