Adorable beachside home just steps from a beautiful, secluded Peconic
Bay beach. This home is perfect for your family vacation, far from
the hustle and bustle of the city yet close to all the best that the
Hamptons has to offer. And since it’s in Shinecock Hills, on the
north-east bank of the Shinecock Canal, you don’t have
to fight the crazy crowds and terrible traffic getting into
Southampton and beyond. Just over 1 hour from the city, this
wonderful vacation spot offers you all the amenities of home,
including a 50″ wide screen TV with digital cable, central air
conditioning and high speed cable modem internet access.

The house also has a separate 1 bedroom duplex apartment attached to
the main house, complete with fireplace and kitchette, which allows
two families to vacation together but still maintain complete
privacy. Plus the home has a newly finished basement with a foosball table and room for you kids to play.

The location is convenient to all the Hampton’s attractions. Just 5
miles from downtown Southampton, and 10 minutes from the Atlantic
Ocean beaches. But the best part is being a stone’s throw from the
beautiful Peconic Bay, complete with beachside dining and live
entertainment. For little more than the price of a Hampton’s hotel
room, you can enjoy your own private Hampton’s home!

Regular Rates: $2595/week summer season (Labor Day-Memorial Day)
