Bright village B&B home on quiet, cove-front wooded acre. You can walk into town or paddle there using our kayaks and explore the coves of Sag Harbor Village. Centrally located for Film Festival venues in Sag Harbor, East Hampton & Southampton

Choose between a downstairs bedroom with two twin beds and glass door opening to the back deck and yard, or upstairs room on its own private floor with one queen bed. Both rooms have full ensuite baths & wifi. Blue Bottle Coffee in the morning, use of two kayaks and van pick-up/drop-off at NY-Sag Harbor Jitney included. Morning on the deck, evenings by the fireplace in the great room.

Our property is lovely in the autumn and there’s lots to do. Publishers of a popular Hamptons Guide Book, we can direct you to the best apple-picking, pumpkins, food, walks and beaches. Or, you can just sit on the peaceful benches down by the water in the back yard and watch the swans, egrets, herons and turtles.

Our home is casual, tasteful and warm, decorated with pine antiques, mid-century collectibles and yard sale finds. We’re low-key, friendly and ready to help, but will quietly leave coffee and newspapers outside your door and disappear, if you prefer to be on your own.
