OK, here’s the deal…our spectacular, three level, six bedroom beach house (on the ocean block of Seabay Walk in Kismet) is almost empty between weekends…and our season runs all the way to November…so we are looking for some midweek people who are looking for a great deal…and the price is ridiculously low…
Our “short term midweek shares” go for $90 per person for just one night and $75 for each additional night…that’s $315 for a four night midweek stay at the beach…COUPLES (or two singles in the same room…or just one person who wants to lock in a private bedroom) get a midweek discount…stay 3 nights and get the 4th night FREE…that’s $480 total for YOUR OWN PRIVATE BEDROOM (that’s the total price for the ENTIRE ROOM, NOT PER PERSON) for a complete midweek…in a magnificent beach house just six doors from the ocean…from anytime on Monday to anytime on Friday afternoon!
Midweek Shares are designed for someone who works on weekends or simply has no idea in advance of what his or her work schedule is going to be from day to day. Among others, we have had writers, teachers, actors, performance artists, club owners, bartenders, chefs, and freelance film production people take full advantage of this idea.
We are just six houses from the ocean on the beach block of secluded Seabay Walk, surrounded by the National Wildlife Preserve that separates Seabay Beach from Kismet and Saltaire. A short peddle to Fair Harbor, Dunewood, Lonelyville and Atlantique…and a short water taxi ride (or a long walk) from Ocean Beach. We are nowhere near the overdressed and stressed out traffic jam known as the Hamptons.
