Spend the day at our house tanning by the pool, relaxing in the Jacuzzi, playing tennis, basketball, and having barbecues. Go to one of the nearby beaches with some of the house mates, or hang out in Southampton, Easthampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and Shelter Island– they are all within 5 to 15 minutes away.

Half shares (every other weekend) and quarter shares are available for the upcoming summer season. The fun starts on Memorial Day and lasts through Labor Day.
