This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath is a bright, modern and open contemporary located close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor villages. The house is an open layout on the main floor with the modern kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the deck from three glass sliding doors. Overhead, there are also 3 skylights that add additional light into the house.

From the living room, there is a 1,000 sq ft deck with a heated pool and underwater light, separate pergola with an outdoor ceiling fan and lounge furniture, a gas BBQ, outdoor Jacuzzi and double outdoor shower with separate changing room.
