Perfect cedar-shingled cottage, 10 minute walk to Main Street or Bay Street Theater, 10 minute drive to bay beach (Long Beach), 20 minutes to ocean beaches (Sagg Main, Mecox, J Cameron), cross the street to drop your kayak in the water, spend the evening under the stars on comfortable couches after dining outside on spacious deck. In cooler weather, spend the evening inside lounging on the sectional couch, in front of the fire while watching the huge flat screen TV. Large yard for playing badminton or croquet. Location on Redwood Island, quiet but close to everything. Rent by the week or month…or set up a revolving rental through the summer. For May and June, a week is $3000. For July, August and September, a week is $4000. For all holiday weeks, the rate goes up: Memorial Day and Fourth of July = $4000 a week, and Labor Day = $5000 a week. This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath is a bright, modern and open contemporary located close to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor villages. The house is an open layout on the main floor with the modern kitchen, dining and living room overlooking the deck from three glass sliding doors. Overhead, there are also 3 skylights that add additional light into the house.

From the living room, there is a 1,000 sq ft deck with a heated pool and underwater light, separate pergola with an outdoor ceiling fan and lounge furniture, a gas BBQ, outdoor Jacuzzi and double outdoor shower with separate changing room.

Each bedroom is uniquely decorated. The bedroom on the main floor has 2 twin beds (that can be combined into a king sized bed)and a connecting bathroom with a double shower. From the private balcony, enjoy the view of the trees and pink bayberries.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with a full sized bed. There is also a shared full bathroom.

The house is centrally located to East Hampton village (about 3 miles), Sag Harbor (about 5 miles) and Amagansett (about 7 miles). You can easily reach the beaches in East Hampton or Amagansett within 10 minutes. The tennis clubs are also located 3 miles away.
