My quaint house has lovely self watering gardens, great outdoor decks & stone terraces, one just off the kitchen with a nice dining table and gas BBQ, for easy outdoor entertaining under a lit birch tree. Additionally there is small deck off of the downstairs master bedroom leading out to the gardens.

There are A/C window units for both bedrooms if needed.
