Right on the bay, 20 yards from launch area for kayaks (lessons available from qualified instructors if interested). Large wrap around deck, also has a cozy FIREPLACE and large gas BBQ. QUIET, PRIVATE and safe location. Good winter alternative to catskills.

$350* for any weekends between Jan 28- March 31 2012(except Feb 18 to Feb 20 is $450 + $50 for each additional perperson),
$350 for 2 people , $50 for each additional person to a max of $600 for weekend
Weekly rates are $600 for 2 ( $50 for each additional person)

This is a beautiful, large home with a new kitchen and bath available weekends for $275 per night (two night minimum). The house has an open, newly renovated kitchen, a spacious, open dining room/living room area with a flat screen TV, a nice outdoor deck and grill and three bedrooms–with a queen, a full, and a third bedroom that now has one twin, but could have two twins, if needed. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen, another living room, kitchen and bath.
