Two mini dachshunds already on the premises. No large dogs, no cats, no smokers, please. We’ll share the kitchen, living room and deck. Monthly rent is $1,250 through May 2012 and includes utilities. Summer monthly rent is $3,000 or $750 per week through September 2012. If not rented by the month/week, this room may be available for weekends… TBD. The house is situated in Upper Water Mill on the back roads to avoid the slow traffic in Water Mill and Bridgehampton. Must be a US citizen with photo ID. One month security required.
