HOUSE—The House is immaculate with fabulous comfortable furniture. It includes all amenities, so all you need to pack is your bathing suit and tooth brush. The beds and bedding in the house are of the highest quality without the typical musty smell of many beach houses. The house has one bathroom and an Outdoor Shower with changing area (hot/cold) — nothing like showering outdoors. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a large beautiful new deck, plenty of outdoor furniture including an umbrella, a Weber Gas BBQ (without tank to refill). TOWN OF NEW SUFFOLK—The hamlet of New Suffolk is a charming, quaint historical village. See description in this link: www.americantowns.com/ny/newsuffolk. .

WINE TASTING—House is located in the heart of Wine Country, with some 30+ vineyards within 10 miles. See nofowine.com. The Vineyards often have bands and other events that keep everyone coming back.

BEACH —The house is 30 yards from a perfect SANDY PRIVATE BEACH OR Public Beach with Lifeguard. Plenty of beach chaises, chairs, towels and toys. Shower off after your day at the Beach in the fabulous outdoor shower.

BOATING/ FISHING— You can see the Boat Ramp to launch your boat from almost every room in the house. If you want to rent a small boat and go fishing for the day, see Captain Marty’s Fishing Station, which is 3 minute walk from the house ( local.yahoo.com/info-11519783-captain-marty-s-new-suffolk).

NIGHT LIFE—If you decide not to have dinner and drinks on the deck overlooking the water under the moonlight (which will be a tough decision) there are plenty of alternatives. Take a short stroll (330 steps) to Legends Bar & Restaurant (legends-restaurant.com). Take a short drive (20 Minutes) to Greenport where you will find a fabulous old whaling town with many restaurants and attractions. See www.greenportvillage.com

CHILDREN—The house is extremely child- friendly. One of the Bedrooms has Bunk Beds (twin over full) and there is a separate den with a TV. It is comforting to see the children playing on the beach (with Life Guard), while you are preparing meals from the kitchen. Sign the kids up for daily sailing camp at Old Cove Yacht Club, which is 5 minute bike ride away in New Suffolk (oldcoveyc.com). Take the kids to the racetrack (riverheadraceway.com), the water park (splishsplashlongisland.com), the aquarium (atlantismarineworld.com) or enjoy the Antique Carousel in Greenport (www.greenportvillage.com/activities.html).
SHOPPING: Tanger Outlet is located 20 minutes away in Riverhead. www.tangeroutlet.com/riverhead.
