We are a new sharehouse booting up this season in grand style in a fabulous, fully renovated 8 bedroom house on Fire Island in the laid-back bohemian beach paradise of Kismet. Located only 100 feet from the beach, Seven Seas Sharehouse is a premium sharehouse experience with lots to offer. We are an eclectic group of professionals, creatives, and others in the 25-35 age bracket. We maintain a 50/50 male female ratio in our shares per weekends (18 people total per weekend) – two couples and 14 singles.

Nota bene: Our house is focused on confident and interesting people who typically have plenty of friends and welcome this venue to expand even more. This is not the Hamptons, if you need to be seen at the hottest club and most exclusive restaurant to have fun on the weekends, go to East Hampton. If you like the near-to-beach thing but also want to get crammed into loud bars with a bunch of dudes who just traded their frat house for a beach house last year, go to Ocean Beach. Kismet has more of a Montauk (albeit smaller and way closer) thing going on.

Who Should Join
Our members are typically educated and interesting people in their late 20’s – early 30’s. We are looking for active and engaging individuals who like to meet new people and who don’t make enemies or cause drama. We prefer people who are outgoing and have things to share with the group, like musical talent or great recipes, or sweet dance moves, or good conversation, jokes and smiles.
Most importantly, this is a place where you will meet a lot of new people, so we are looking for members who relish in making new friends and having fun with their fellow housemates each weekend, as opposed to people who are closed off and just looking for a cheap deal.

Wake Up! The Sun comes in through the widows across the beams and tells you its time to walk across to the Ditch Witch for a cup of Joe, a Powerbar and watch the morning surfers start another day in paradise….

Each year for six years a group of professionals living in NYC head out to MTK for the season. Last year we finishing renovating the new house, power washing the decks and now we the time to get another group together for what is the typically a really fun and very memorable summer. Each year we invite a few new folks into our very laid back group to share in what has turned out r to be much more than just a summer of sun and surf in MTK.

There’s always something to do if you want and nothing to do if that suits you better.
Usually someone from the group cooks out on the deck every weekend. You can chill-out, hit the beach, ride bikes, play lots of tennis, and sometimes hit Montauk Downs to play at golf.…
At night we go to Second House or Westlake and the Surf lodge or hang out at the house after eating too much. Breakfast at Joni’s is where we try and get Julian Schnabel to lend us money…

Everyone gets on really well.. or else! We know lots of the colorful locals, so you’ll meet all kinds of interesting people. There’s lots of attitude (but it’s the good kind). We include our ‘You’ll make new friends guarantee’, some people have even fallen in love, if you like that kind of thing.

Oh yes the house…well its has three bedrooms two bathrooms and an outdoor shower and 2.1/2 decks
And a ‘59 Airstream for additional Guests. 7 minutes stagger to beach . We also have bikes!
