The open kitchen is easy to work in and will draw your guests around the counter for appetizers and cocktails.

The upstairs Master Bedroom, with Flat-Screen TV, has a queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with enclosed tub and His and Hers Sinks. Downstairs is another bright bedroom, also with queen-size accommodation, as well as an entertainment room with a second television and a sofa that folds out to a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has 5 windows, which with their European hardware can be opened in the tradition way or cracked from the top, and a Ceiling Fan, for cooling or fresh air options with the evening breeze. Swedish built-in shelving systems framed in pine and spacious closets are in each of the bedrooms.

The rocking chairs on the front porch are only 5 feet away from the bird bath where the robins and catbirds come to drink and bathe. The back deck is the perfect place to relax in your lounge chairs at the end of the day, with a glass of wine from the local vineyards, to watch the sun set behind the trees that are in the wooded green belt that runs behind our property. Walk barefoot on the lawn, as there are no outside or inside pesticides used.

The spacious enclosed outdoor shower is only a couple of walking stones away, with an oversize head and plenty of water pressure to massage your body after a day of shopping or playing. Boogie boards and beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are here for your family’s use. A Gas Grill and Wireless Internet are also provided.

Centrally located in the Hamptons – seven minute drive to either of East Hampton, Sag Harbor, or Bridgehampton – and only 60 seconds from Montauk Highway. Bike ride to beach and winery tastings. Easily accessible to hiking/mountain-biking trails and tennis courts.

East Hampton –
If you are looking for a place to get away for the summer, come to
East Hampton. Pool, walk to the beach, great sunsets, a great place
to relax. There are many things to do, you can go sip the new wines on a
winery tour, walk the beach, sit in front of the fire and relax, walk
through the Hampton towns, go to Gurneys Spa for a total day
treatment, enjoy food in a relaxed atmosphere at all the restaurants.
The house is a contemporary Saltbox with three bedrooms: on the second
floor there are two bedrooms and a bath, the master bedroom has a
queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. On the first floor
there is another bedroom with a full size bed and a bathroom. There are two
televisions with cable, one in the master Bedroom the other in the
living room. There is lots of outdoor decking, gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower
(May-Oct).

There is a 36×16 pool (end May to mid Oct). The house is located about
500 feet to Gardners Bay. The drive to the village of East Hampton takes
10 minutes. The area is very quiet and peaceful. If you need furtherinformation
feel free to call. The house is available for the week, month and season.
Located in a private community, which has the privilege of owning access to
one of the few private bay beaches on Long Island. In this small community
vacationers enjoy seclusion on their private beach on Gardiners Bay.
Whether looking for a romantic get-away, or a family fun spot the home
was built with both in mind. Enjoy this beautiful cedar contemporary
saltbox vacation beach house in East Hampton. This Spacious, light, and airy
home is perfect for you, a couple, a family or small group of close
friends during the summer season or the off-season. The home is setback from
street with over 150 feet of trees, providing a very private setting.
There is a large driveway with ample off-street parking. This
beautiful home is located in the very private and secluded Northwest woods is
literally 500 feet from Gardiners Bay beach. You can enjoy a
leisurely walk on the private bay beach each morning, ocean Beaches are less
than 10 minutes away.

I rent our home all year long. I do not increase rates during holidays, I can book up to one year in advance with a $100 dollar good faith holding deposit. I never ask for another dime until two weeks prior to travel. Then, we only request one half your vacation be paid for and the balance can be paid upon arrival at the house. Winston will greet you, take final payment and give you a tour. He’s awesome. Everyone loves Winston.
Our home is three years new. It’s actual sq. footage is 4350. But, know this. We never rent downstairs. I use it strictly as storage area. Never be concerned, with my home, about sharing with another family.
Coming to Hawaii, from New York, is expensive. I always suggest, if you can, staying for at least 10 days. Why 10 days? Because, you’ve spent a fortune to fly. You spend one long long day traveling. Up and raring to go the next day lol. One day to fly home. So, if you can only stay a week, it just flies by. Ten days actually allows you to travel, discover, and RELAX. It’s a slow slow slow pace, here in Hawaii.

I own a Historical Mini Mansion in Long Beach, which is located on Long Beaches Museum block. We are conviently 6 blocks from the LIRR and more important One block from the beach. There is an abundance of parking,( very rare for LB in the summer!) I have 3 spaces available, 1st space is the master suite which is the large master bedroom with a private bath, kingsize bed, cable and internet, huge room with great veiws! $2800 per month, the second space is my maids quarters which has 3 smaller rooms, bedroom, office and bathroom…..a queensize bed, TV and wireless too $2800 per month and the third space is a very large room with a queensize bed and it’s own private bath, this space is $2600 per month. I can provide linens for you, and towels . You would have use of my large gourmet kitchen and have use of the house which consists of a huge libary, Den ,decks, outdoor porches and a large yard. We have a very nice time in the summer, you can be private or socialize with the other people in the house, there is plenty of private space and outdoor space. A garage too for your bike! We are definately more the martini crowd than the keg crowd, Bar b que, relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Cost include utilities,cable and wireless, A/C available for $50 extra per month. Security deposit and reference check. Available June, July and August only, won’t last! We do have cats and a dog so please no animals. Price based on single occupancy!! pls no shares of the share!!
