Ceiling fans and air conditioners, new kitchen appliances, flat screen TV with DVR, phone, cable, wireless internet access and both gas and charcoal BBQ grills. All new windows, doors, and paint throughout. Bright and airy with French doors to let in the sea breeze.

Take a short walk or kayak to the beautiful bay beach. Restaurants, markets, 20 acre dog park are all close by, as are famous attractions such as the Pollack-Krasner house and Long House Reserve. Fishing is great off the dock and nearby beaches. Just minutes to East Hampton village and ocean beaches. Easy access to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton, Shelter Island and Montauk.
