I own a Historical Mini Mansion in Long Beach, which is located on Long Beaches Museum block. We are conviently 6 blocks from the LIRR and more important One block from the beach. There is an abundance of parking,( very rare for LB in the summer!) I have 2 spaces available, 1st space is the master suite which is the large master bedroom with a private bath, it has a kingsize bed with a walk in closet, a tv and wireless in the room, the second space is my maids quarters which has 2 smaller rooms, queensizebed, a private bath, TV and wireless too. I can provide linens for you, and each space is $2500. You would have use of my large gourmet kitchen and have use of the house which consists of a huge libary, Den ,decks, outdoor porches and a large yard. We are definately more the martini crowd than the keg crowd, Bar b que, relax and enjoy the sound of the waves. Only $2500 per month including utilities,cable and wireless, A/C available for $75 extra per month. Security and reference check. AvailableJune, July and August only, won’t last! We do have cats and a dog so please no animals.

Everything at the corner of our street!! (if you commute from the city, and don’t have a car – this is the place for you!) Grocery, liquor, 24 Hr Bagel, etc…and of course the lovely beach at the end! 2 Bdrms, nice size bath, full eat-in kitchen, cable, wi-fi and all utilities included. No Wild Parties or smoking.

1 month deposit, will be returned upon vacancy.
