The house is centrally located in Hampton Bays right off of Main Street. Walking distance to the bay and marina. Near shopping restaurants and nightlife as well. Its an excellent location to fully enjoy all the Hamptons has to offer.

The house has a beautifully kept pool with excellent sun exposure. It is gated for your security and has a changing cabana for your convenience. The poolside is well decorated with tables, umbrellas and chairs to accommodate any social gathering. To add a little fun to your stay, enjoy a game of volley ball in our sand volleyball court right next door to the pool. The over sized deck is furnished with deck furniture, bench seating and a BBQ grill. All available for your use. If you want to go to the beach, there’s one within walking distance and several others minutes away.

The house features a fully furnished game room and digital television programming in the living room. So there’s entertainment available for all ages. The kitchen is fully stocked with dish wear, utensils and all your cooking needs. It is very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and furnished with a television set.
