Walk to popular Ditch Plains beach from this very private, ’south-of-the-highway’ Montauk home. A few short blocks (7 min. walk) to the best surf and surf casting on the East Coast, in desirable – life guard-protected – Ditch Plains. The home abuts a nature reserve so the backyard is very private unlike most other houses in the area. Less then a mile from one of the top-rated public golf courses in the country and surrounded by the best sports fishing in the world. This home is very clean. The picture of the deck doesn’t show the outdoor eating area that includes a table and chairs (seatswith an umbrella for lunching in the shade.
Broadband internet, cable t.v. (HBO, etc.), washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and linens and bath towels are provided. There is a full size bed in each bedroom.

Sorry, but due to allergies, there is a strict “no pet” policy. No exceptions.

Availabilities:

$1250 weekly
$625 Columbus weekend (fri, sat and sun nights)
$190 weekday night (2 night minimum)
$525 2 day weekend

check in is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m.
there is a cleaning fee of $75 and a security deposit of $1,000 (*weekend deposit is $500 – deposits are returned within a few days of departure).
