Reservation Process: Please be sure to provide us with the number of guests in your party, your dates and whether or not you’ll be bringing pets.
Once we get back to you with the availability and rate and you decide that you would like to make a reservation, we will send you an electronic rental agreement followed by an electronic request for the deposit. We will also send a request for the payment if the reservation is being made 3 weeks or less prior to arrival. You will have a certain period of time to read over the terms and conditions, fill it out and get it back to us. We usually give you up to 48 hours depending on the time frame available. Rental agreements must be EMAILED back. Simply hit reply, type in the required information and hit send. You should always print it out for your records as wella s for your travels. Your reservation is now complete and you will receive an email confirmation.
Once your final payment has been made, we will send you a second email confirmation as a reciept along with instructions on where to find the key. It will be left for you at a secure location on the property. PLEASE PRINT OUT THSES INSTRUCTIONS AND BRING THEM WITH YOU!
During your stay we can be reached by phone or during regular business hours of 9am-5pm unless it is an emergency. We check email troughout the entire day.
Once you are ready to depart, be sure to follow the departure check list provided at the rental. The key can be left hanging on the key hook by the front door.
Your security deposit will be refunded to you up to 14 days after your departure.
