This house is maintained to high standards and furnished with everything you’ll need. Well-equipped kitchen, large stainless Weber grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. Dine on the deck or indoors–with ocean views either way. Flat screen hi-def, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet. All bed linens, towels, kitchenware, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided, along with several bikes.

Fire Island is just 90 minutes from NYC and 30 minutes from JFK and LaGuardia airports. Take the jitney service from Manhattan or the Long Island Railroad or drive. There is valet parking at the Fire Island Ferry terminal in Bay Shore, Long Island. The vacation starts the minute the ferry pulls out of the dock.

There is a new Jacuzzi in a very large screened in porch 3 Decks total all with tables and lounge chairs. Downstairs there is a new Sauna and Steam Room.4 very comfortable bedrooms 2 1/2 baths,Very adorable with country furniture,great linens and towels. New Dishwasher,Stove and Refrigerator.There is a fireplace with lots of wood,a BBQ with coals and lighter fluid,The King bedroom has a large private deck with outdoor furniture for lounging in the sun. the king room also has a46″Flatscreen HD TV/DVD/Stereo.The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds another 40″flatscreen 5 TV’s total.3 DVD’s.One bedroom has a full bed,also the couch in the living room opens to another full bed. I have lots of pots and pans ,dishes,microwave,popcorn maker,toaster,blende rcoffee makers. Wireless Internet, land line,Cable There is a reverseosmosis water filter system in the kitchen sink w/separate spout so noneed to buy bottled water. They rented the house again and are now engaged!

$325 per night weekends-2 night minimum $100 cleaning fee for 4 or more people
$900 for a 3 night weekend with $100 cleaning fee for 4 or more people
$1600 per week – 7 nights
there is an additional $100 cleaning/ maintenance fee for 4 or more people

Newly renovated 1 BR/1BA APARTMENT in fabulous location, south of the highway, in East Hampton, ½ mile to beach and town. You can’t beat this location! The apartment is the lower level of a charming, country house, has a private entrance, and would be perfect for 1 person or a couple for a long summer season. The house is very secluded, and offers a lot of privacy.

The apartment is completely furnished and has everything one would need. All you need is a toothbrush! Will take Visa/MC for deposit. No Smokers.
