This house is like being at your own private Spa retreat.3 DECKS! New Jacuzzi(immaculately clean) fits about 8 people and is in a very large screened in porch with lounge furniture,table and chairs,Sauna is heaven fits about 4-6 or relax alone MY FAVORITE!,Tiled Steam room fits 2 with tiled seat, There is also an outdoor shower and dressing room.There is a BBQ There are 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths,The master bedroom has a king bed and a very large private deck with lounge chairs and cozy rattan couch ,table and chairs There is a 46″ HD FlatscreenTV with a DVD and stereo. The other bedrooms have 2 queen beds and 1 full. There is another 40″ HD TV downstairs in the room that has a queen bed ,private bathroom,Sauna,steam, All Bedrooms have a TV including the Living Room (there is a couch in LR that opens to another full bed) which is cozy and has lots of seating and a fireplace with wood. The kitchen is equipped with everything mostly NEW Stainless pots,dishes,microwave,blender,popcorn maker,coffee makers,a reverse osmosis water filter system in the sink with separate spout so no need to buy bottled water.There is a fence around entire property I can email additional pictures
The house is about 5 miles o the Ocean Beaches and 1/2 mile to the bay.Close to all the night spots and great restaurants. I have books with names and phone #’s of taxis,restaurants everything that there is to do in the area.

Charming cottage, water views, designer furnished, 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, elegant, sunlit, cozy…relaxing escape! Perfect cedar-shingled cottage, 10 minute walk to Main Street or Bay Street Theater, 10 minute drive to bay beach (Long Beach), 20 minutes to ocean beaches (Sagg Main, Mecox, J Cameron), cross the street to drop your kayak in the water, spend the evening under the stars on comfortable couches after dining outside on spacious deck. In cooler weather, spend the evening inside lounging on the sectional couch, in front of the fire while watching the huge flat screen TV. Large yard for playing badminton or croquet. Location on Redwood Island, quiet but close to everything. Rent by the week or month…or set up a revolving rental through the summer. For May and June, a week is $3500. For July, August and September, a week is $4500. For all holiday weeks, the rate goes up: Memorial Day and Fourth of July = $4500 a week, and Labor Day = $5500 a week.
