This is the 7th year we have organized this house and are looking for other down-to-earth professionals who want to have fun, w/o the drama!
Many housemates enjoy the great restaurants, Bridgehampton Polo, Cyrils, Sunset Beach, Stephens Talkhouse, Surf Lodge, beach Clam bakes, fantastic BBQ’s and networking.
2 minutes from Trata, Bobby Vans, Madam tongs, Dune, LIRR and Hampton Jitney.
6 Bedrooms, heated pool, pool table, & backyard bordering Barnes & Noble Horse Ranch. Amazing views!
Open kitchen/dining room for entertaining & .5 mile from S.Hampton Village & Beach, 15 minutes from East Hampton
Full maid, pool and grounds service w/linens provided weekly, plenty of parking.
House Age: 30’s (Mature, successful, fun adults, who know how to play & relax!)
-About 10-12 people per weekend.
Rooms available: Varies. Private rooms, rooms ideal for couples, or a group of 4-5 people.

Summer rates – $1200 for 2 nights plus $100 cleaning fee $1500 for 3 nights including cleaning fee
Weekly July $2900 Aug $3200 Total
July 4th wknd – 3 nights $1700 plus $100 cleaning fee for 5 or more people
Labor Day weekend – $1700 -3 nights plus $100 cleaning fee for 4 or more people
NO PETS/NO SMOKERS except very well trained dog
