Many bedrooms have TVs and mini fridges in every room! Go to one of the nearby beaches with some of the house mates, or hang out in Southampton, Easthampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and Shelter Island– they are all within 5 to 15 minutes away.

Half shares (every other weekend) and quarter shares are available for the upcoming summer season. The fun starts on Memorial Day and lasts through Labor Day.
