Our super-charming, fully renovated 3BR/2BA East Hampton shingled cottage is sited on a lush, professionally landscaped shy half acre in Historic Springs. Home is being offered in immaculate condition and complete with classic Hamptons cottage-style furnishings. Part of the Clearwater Beach Association, home comes with private beach, marina, and boat slip privileges.

Walk or bike to the Jackson Pollock house, the General Store, and stunning sunsets at Gerard Drive and Louse Point. A short eight-minute drive to ocean beaches and world-class shopping and restaurants in the villages of East Hampton and Amagansett.

Home itself provides every comfort for relaxed entertaining: central air, central speaker system, an inviting fireplace, and a cook’s kitchen with quartz countertops, prep island, and stainless appliances.
