This is a very lovely, recently built three bedroom, two and a half bath house in Bridgehampton. There is a great room with tall ceilings and exposed beams, a comfortable den with a 42inch flat screen and sectional, and full kitchen, laundry with a laundry chute. Upstairs is the master bedroom, with a queen bed and a private bath with jacuzzi tub and loft area that is set up as an office, with a desk. On the first floor are two bedrooms with two twins and a full size bed, as well as another full bath. There is an additional half bath off the back of the house, as well as an outdoor shower.
The backyard abuts a nature preserve with hundreds of acres of preserved land and great hiking trails. The house has wireless Internet, satellite TV and central airconditioning.
The house is available for off season weekend rentals beginning September 16th. (Friday and Saturday nights) for $675. It is available for the three nights of Columbus Day weekend for $900.
We request non smokers only. Well behaved pets considered. This is a builder’s house and it is important to us that it is maintained. More photos available.
