We are walking distance to Fair Harbor, a short water taxi to Ocean Beach. And our two hour door to door is that much closer to the city than the Hamptons!
The type of person we are looking for:
- laid back, fun, would like to take a fitness class or two
- sociable and respectful
- not scared of, or allergic to, or mean to pets
We are a group of professionals who are carefree, light drinking, dancing, biking, lounging.
The ideal weekend is a combination of relaxing and lounging as well as feeling like we’ve had our fill of friends, fun, food and drink and a couple of fitness classes thrown in too.
The house:
- 5 bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 living areas and a dining area that can seat up to 12
- High-speed, wireless Internet connection.
- Outdoor shower
- great location – close to the beach, close to ferry, close to town.
We do have a housemate or two that have very well-behaved, friendly dogs. If requested, there will be weekends which will be dog free. We don’t allow smoking in the house, but it’s ok in the outdoor areas.
