We are just six houses from the ocean…on the beach block of secluded Seabay Walk, surrounded by the National Wildlife Preserve that separates Seabay Beach from Kismet and Saltaire. A short peddle to Fair Harbor, Dunewood, Lonelyville and Atlantique. We are nowhere near the overdressed and stressed out traffic jam known as the Hamptons.

Kick back with a sunset mojito on the huge roofdeck, while you let the 360 degree ocean to bay views take your breath away…

Ours is a newly renovated, three level, six bedroom, three bath beach house (with enclosed outdoor shower, of course). Wraparound picture windows surround the floorthrough main living area and full gourmet kitchen.

This is easily one of the most spectacular houses in Kismet, with every conceivable amenity…from barbecues, bikes and boogie boards to kayaks and wifi…and one of the most amazing rooftop decks in all of Fire Island!

All in all, we are a completely eclectic, slightly wacky, totally relaxed and easygoing group of “28 plus” friendly creative professionals and artists.

More than half of our available shares have already been taken by housemates returning from last summer…so we must be doing something right!

East Hampton –
If you are looking for a place to get away for the summer, come to
East Hampton. Pool, walk to the beach, great sunsets, a great place
to relax. There are many things to do, you can go sip the new wines on a
winery tour, walk the beach, sit in front of the fire and relax, walk
through the Hampton towns, go to Gurneys Spa for a total day
treatment, enjoy food in a relaxed atmosphere at all the restaurants.

The house is a contemporary Saltbox with three bedrooms: on the second
floor there are two bedrooms and a bath, the master bedroom has a
queen size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. On the first floor
there is another bedroom with a full size bed and a bathroom. There are two
televisions with cable, one in the master Bedroom the other in the
living room. There is lots of outdoor decking, gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower
(May-Oct).

There is a 36×16 heated pool (end May to mid Oct). The house is located about
500 feet to Gardners Bay. The drive to the village of East Hampton takes
10 minutes. The area is very quiet and peaceful. If you need any other

Located in a private homeowners association, which has the privilege
of owning access to one of the few private bay beaches on Long Island.
In this small association vacationers enjoy seclusion on their private beach
on Gardiners Bay.

Whether looking for a romantic get-away, or a family fun spot the home

saltbox vacation beach house in East Hampton. This Spacious, light, and airy
home is perfect for you, a couple, a family or small group of close

beautiful home is located in the very private and secluded Northwest woods is
literally 500 feet from Gardiners Bay beach. You can enjoy a
leisurely walk on the private bay beach each morning, ocean Beaches are less
than 10 minutes away.

Our deeded private sound beach, hiking and biking trails and Block Island Ferry are all steps away and ocean is just a 5 min drive.

Very little was spared to make this a very comfortable living space both inside and out. You are fully equipped with all necessary appliances, house wares and linens. Our laundry room includes a washer, dryer and freezer. If you prefer to stay cool and relax, turn on the central air conditioning, read a book (small library) or watch a dvd on a 32” flat screen TV. House sleeps 10 comfortably. Bedrooms consist of 2kings, 2Queens and a bunk bed.
