Great apartment for rent for NYC visitors from Saturday, 1/16 to Sunday, 1/24! Friday, 1/15 possible.

Good for 2-4 ppl to rent for $100/per night for entire duration. $800 total from 1/16-1/24. $900 total from 1/15-1/24. Security deposit of $300 required. Security will be returned upon leaving space in the original condition.

Location is in Astoria, Queens. 20 minutes to Manhattan. 3 short blocks to subway station and on direct way from LGA airport. Very central. Neighborhood has many amenities including historic pre-prohibition Beer Garden, deli (best in neighborhood) downstairs, laundry across the street, many delicious dining options within walking distance (Greek, Italian, American, French, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Chinese). Close to large 64 acre park with running track and beautiful waterfront views of Manhattan and bridges. Yoga studios and gym (with rock climbing wall) close too. Complementary gym passes from us!

The apartment is on a 2nd floor walk up and has 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 full kitchen. Each bedroom has a full size bed and sofa has a pull out bed as well. Clean linens, bedsheets, comforters, pillows, included.

Must be okay with friendly and sweet 2 cats in the apartment as well. Caretaker will come daily to take care of the cats.
