We are renting out our one bedroom apartment Sunday through Saturday as a vacation rental.

This apartment will come equipped with all necessities (sheets, beach towels, bath towels, kitchen equipment, etc).

It is a loft one bedroom with skylights and one bath with a bathtub.

This clean, bright and sunny space features a Living Room/Dining Room combo.

Air Conditioning in the bedroom and living room.

Kitchen with all basic amenities – dishes, glasses, utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

This space can accommodate up to four adults – An additional $10 per head per night will be assessed when more than two guests are staying – the livingroom couch pulls out to a full size bed.

We are located a half mile from Heckscher Town Park and a mile from the Huntington Station Long Island Rail Road Station.

We are three blocks from Huntington Village where a multitude of upscale restaurants, entertainment and excellent shopping are available…perfect location!

Ten minutes to Caumsett State Park. Robert Moses State Park or Jones Beach is a short 22 minute ride to the south shore and North Fork Wineries are less than 50 minutes east by car. The Hamptons are east just over an hour by car.
