Just to clarify – it’s a completely separate one bedroom apartment (and NOT a share). Has a bedroom (1 window), a living room (2 windows), a bathroom, a kitchen, and an entrance area.
Up to 3 people (may be 4 – ask!). 3 nights minimum (2 ok if right next to other booked dates).
Upper East Side – the most prestigious zip code in USA – 10065! Probably the best area you can find – I often see celebrities in the restaurants right next to the apartment. Only a couple of blocks away from Central Park and fmr.Plaza Hotel.
LOCATION / WHAT’S NEAR:
Very prestigious location, Bloomingdale’s, Central Park. Stay in a Best area that is within seconds of Hip Bars, Fashionable Bistros/Cafes, Madison Avenue Boutiques, Barney’s New York (remember Carrie from “Sex and the City”? That’s where she says she lives – where Barney’s New York is!), Dylan’s “Candy Bar”, and the Galleries. You can walk to: Rockefeller Plaza, Radio City, St.Patrick’s Cathedral, Fifth Avenue Metropolitan Museum of Art, Guggenheim and other famous cultural attractions on Museum Mile. MoMa, Whitney Museum, Asia Museum, Carl Churz park with Gracie Mansion- the official residence of the mayor of New York.
One street block away from subway (N,R,4,5,6,F,W) and Hamptons Jitney bus stop.
APARTMENT FEATURES:
3rd floor walk-up apartment has just been completely renovated and rebuilt. It’s in the back of the building, SUPER sunny and quiet, has high ceilings, with garden view.
Everything is brand new; contemporary design; modern glass sink in the bathroom, waterfall faucet; track lighting with dimmers everywhere; closets in each room and the common area. Full kitchen – all appliances; Wolf cooktop, marble countertop, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, utencils, wine glasses, and everything else you need in the kitchen.
There is one bathroom with EXHAUST FAN/heater, hair dryer.

CONDITIONS:
3 nights minimum.
Reservation/Security deposit -$500, refundable on check-out;
cancel (in whole or partially):
before 30 days, $150 charge;
within 30 days, forfeit deposit.
If paid thru PayPal and over 60days – PP fee will be subtracted (up to $20).
RATES: Right now I have January only, $150/night;
7-9 nights -5% off;
10-14 nights -7% off;
15-20 nights -10% off.
ALL TAXES AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED; NO HIDDEN CHARGES, not even for cleaning.
9+ days – there will be a maid service approx. every 5 days: sheets changed, apartment cleaned.
