lots of sunlight throughout the house & backyard

10 people per weekend equal ratio guys/girls per wknd

This house is fully equipped with just about everything. 4 bedrooms 2/1/2 baths
King bedroom has a very large private deck with cozy outdoor furniture/48″ HD TV Flatscreen/DVD and stereo
Queen bedroom has 20″ TV/DVD 4 post wrought iron bed
The other queen bed is downstairs in finished basement with it’s own kitchenette and full bathroom,and couch,dresser,table and chairs
The Full bedroom has a small TV and is very bed and breakfast cute
The living room has a fireplace with lots of wood/lots of seating in a cozy warm setting,the couch opens to another full bed
All bedding is a very high quality and very comfortable and very clean
The Jacuzzi (new)is in a very large deck with a table,chairs,and couch for hanging out The Jacuzzi is kept immaculate and emptied after each rental
The Sauna is full size and is new This is heaven!!!!!!
The Steam Room is new and tiled, seats 2

The kitchen has lots of Stainless pots and pans .Microwave,blender,Dishwasher,coffee makers,reverse osmosis water filter system No need to buy water and pretty much everything is NEW
There is central Air/heat and an outdoor shower and dressing room
There are 3 decks total all with outdoor tables chairs and lounge furniture The Property in fenced in private and peaceful
The house is 5 miles to the beach and Village of East Hampton and Amagansette Close to all the hot spots
I rent all year
weekend rates before Memorial Wknd – $325 per night plus $100 cleaning fee for 4 or more people
Summer rates – $1200 for 2 nights plus $100 cleaning fee $1500 for 3 nights including cleaning fee
July 4th wknd – 3 nights $1700 plus $100 cleaning fee for 5 or more people
Labor Day weekend – $1700 -3 nights
NO PETS/NO SMOKERS except very well trained dog
