This spacious 1200 sq ft three bedroom two bath home in situated on a half acre located in the Springs, Clear Water Beach area of East Hampton.

This year the house was hooked up to town water thus eliminating low pressure problems, and the worry of contamination from road salts and fertilizers. Without a well pump running electricity costs are lower.

The heated in ground pool is virtually maintenance free thanks to the automated robotic vacuum that works while you sleep, but if hiring a pool maintenance company makes you more comfortable you are welcome to.

The house has central heating and air conditioning, as well as a wood burning fireplace that easily heats the main living, dining, and kitchen areas of the house.

The kitchen is loaded with all of the amenities that you are accustomed to and there is sufficient dinnerware for large groups.

The three bedrooms easily sleep six adults and with the queen sized sleeper sofa another two adults are easily accommodated.

Full Season Memorial Day to Labor Day 28K

Memorial day to June 30th 10K

July 1st to July 31st 12K

August 1 to Labor Day 14K

Utilities and landscaping fees are not included and must be paid separately

The house is also available for monthly rental beginning January 1, 2010 until April 1, 2010 at the rate of 3K per month.

All summer rentals include assess to the members only Clear Water Beach.

This membership eliminates the extra cost of acquiring town beach permits

There are no weekend or weekly rentals available. Minimum rental period is two weeks.
