Hampton Cove is nestled between Penny Pond and Shinnecock Bay in the Hampton Bays, NY, located just minutes from the beach, bars and an array of fine shops. Enjoy magnificent sunsets and moonlit nights on our beautiful manicured grounds. A peaceful and serene environment with all the Hamptons has to offer. Boat docking is available. Small boat rentals are available from the marina located next door and all guests can obtain seasonal parking permits for Tianna Beach, located minutes away just over the Ponquogue Bridge. If you’re not a “beach person” we also have a beautiful pool on our grounds. Plan your stay for a week, a month or for the entire season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).

We offer one bedroom and three bedroom cottages

One bedroom cottage (2 available): $ 5,400 (sleeps 2 people)
( 550-600 sq. ft)

Waterfront Three Bedroom Cottage: $ 12,150 (sleeps 6 people)
(1, 250 sq. ft. + deck)
We require a 20% security deposit- *an additional 10% for any pets.


All cottages come fully furnished. They contain beds, bathrooms, and televisions upon request. Small dogs are allowed inside the cottages, however cats and/or other animals are not. The units do not include air conditioning, however you may bring one if you would like. All cottages are about a 10-15 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive from Tiana Beach. The cottages come with a coffeemaker and other appliances such as a microwave.
