This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located on a quiet street in Springs. The property sits on a very private half acre, has a large backyard, deck, outdoor shower and swimming pool. The house is charmingly and uniquely furnished and has lots of light. A sliding glass door in the living room leads to the private backyard. All the rooms have ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning in the bedrooms.
