It’s a 700 sq ft suite with a spacious sitting area, dining/game table and lots of amenities. Stylish, clean and only one mile from Sag Harbor Village.

The streets of our quaint villages are quiet again. It is a wonderful time to come visit and enjoy favorite restaurants’ price fix menus, enjoy the great outdoors, hike nature trails and walk our beautiful beaches and charming villages. 3 single professional girls in early 30s looking to rent 1 bdroom to 2 like-minded girls for month of July. We had a great house last year (and have done the Hamptons for a number of years) but now are friends are all getting married and we don’t want to deal with “share houses”. We checked and the costs to stay in a hotel for 2 weekends is the same we can pay for a whole month at this comfortable, affordable, convenient East Hampton house with a pool and Jacuzzi. Relax and leave your stuff here all month and come one weekdays and weekends. We figured we’d give this a try before we have to give up our special pricing for the house! Email us if you are 2 like-minded professionals living in NYC that are looking for a fun and relaxing summer. Other things to note:
-The Close to East Hampton village and Cyrils in Amagansett (our fav)
-We do bring our small adorable pooch to visit sometimes on weekends.

Immaculate Contempary home with huge pool, spa, on 1.5 acre. 42″ PLASMA TV in every bedroom. Tons of lounge chairs. Sand beach volleyball court, paved basketball court. This is true Hamptons living at its best. July is available at this amazing home.
