Studio in private home with bedroom/sun room, a/c electric included and a half bathroom recently remodeled property in Bellport Village. Fully furnished with towels, linens, dishes pots/pans, microwave, laundry room, closet space and access to bay and ocean beaches. Walking distance to all village activities/stores/ library/ post office, Bellport Playhouse is down the block. There is a FOUR week minimum and the property is available from Memorial Day weekend, 2012 through -well you tell us. Discounts offered based on the total lenght of your stay. Tucked away in a private and lush setting is this one-story 3 bedroom, 2 bath custom built home located in desirable Hansom Hills in East Hampton, a few minutes
drive to the village and ocean and bay beaches, and convenient to neighboring hamlets. Casual, country furnishings enhance the cheerful interior that includes a
living room with granite fireplace and carved mantle and 14 foot vaulted ceilings, a dining room with a separate side entrance, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops
and stainless steel appliances, a master bedroom suite with an antique wrought iron king size bed looking across to a fireplace; a huge walk in closet, and a porcelain tiled
bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower, mirrored designer vanity, and designer fixtures and plumbing. There are 2 additional guest rooms, one of which has
country office furniture to accomodate your computer and accessories. Entire house has designer fixtures and nickel faucetry and trim. Other features include complete
media system in living room & master bedroom with 4 televisions and DVDs plus Cablevision Triple Play and WiFi. There are 3 ceiling fans, and there is an upstairs laundry.
Sliding glass doors in the living room, master bedroom, guest bedroom and dining area open to a large deck with outdoor dining furniture and a rotisserie gas grill.
Lush landscaping, tall trees, and a large lawn provide complete privacy. A brick patio surrounds a heated 20′ x 40 pool which is open until early October and reopens in May.
