Newly Restored and renovated – Summer House in Ditch Plains has shares open for the Spring-Summer and Fall!

Wake Up! The Sun comes in through the widows across the beams and tells you its time to walk across to the Ditch Witch for a cup of Joe, a Powerbar and watch the morning surfers start another day in paradise….

Each year for six years a group of professionals living in NYC head out to MTK for the season. Last year we finishing renovating the new house, power washing the decks and now we the time to get another group together for what is the typically a really fun and very memorable summer. Each year we invite a few new folks into our very laid back group to share in what has turned out r to be much more than just a summer of sun and surf in MTK.

There’s always something to do if you want and nothing to do if that suits you better.
Usually someone from the group cooks out on the deck every weekend. You can chill-out, hit the beach, ride bikes, play lots of tennis, and sometimes hit Montauk Downs to play at golf.…
At night we go to Second House or Westlake and the Surf lodge or hang out at the house after eating too much. Breakfast at Joni’s is where we try and get Julian Schnabel to lend us money…

Everyone gets on really well.. or else! We know lots of the colorful locals, so you’ll meet all kinds of interesting people. There’s lots of attitude (but it’s the good kind). We include our ‘You’ll make new friends guarantee’, some people have even fallen in love, if you like that kind of thing.

Oh yes the house…well its has three bedrooms two bathrooms and an outdoor shower and 2.1/2 decks
And a ‘59 Airstream for additional Guests. 7 minutes stagger to beach . We also have bikes!
