This is a wonderful place to stay for your time in the Hamptons! You get a new house that is only 5 minutes from shopping in Southampton and 6 to Cooper’s Beach. The house is south of the highway with a bicyle path to a local beach or to town or Cooper’s Beach.

House is new and very big. It has 5 bedrooms and 2 media rooms. The bedrooms have new mattresses and 3 queen beds, 1 king and 1 twin. The media rooms have HD TVs, DVD, Cable with HBO and all of the movie channels. There is Broadbabd with a wireless router for Internet access from anywhere in the house or Pool. There are 4 granite full baths and a huge granite gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook; including tons of cookbooks. The house has high ceilings and painted in beautiful pastel beach colors. It is very sunny and bright with fantastic views from all the rooms. There is a formal dining room and living room with fireplace.
The house has cd players in most rooms with iPod ports and fans everywhere. There is also central air and vac system. Kitchen has Miele dishwasher, Subzero frig and GE Profile Microwave and convection oven.
The grounds are gorgeous with hedges, flowers and a beautiful lawn. This is not the woods. The neighborhood is upscale and is wonderful for joggers.
The patio is brick with a state of the art gas grill and wrought iron patio furniture that faces a heated 20 x 40 pool.
