The house sits on 1.5 acres, is set 125 feet back from the street and has a big backyard and plenty of parking. It is just minutes from town, the beach, and the train station. Just bring your bathing suits, this house has the rest.
The first floor has an open floor plan, with the kitchen, dining room, family room and living room all flowing into one another. It is great for a lot of family interaction or keeping an eye on young children. There is a half bath on the first floor and a washer and dryer.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms, one of which doubles as an office with DSL. The master bedroom is very big and has a full master bath and a walk in closet. There are three other bedrooms (with lots of closets) on the second floor and another full bath.
The basement is newly finished and is perfect for family members who need a little extra privacy, (i.e. your parents or a sibling with an infant child).
