the main house, complete with fireplace and kitchette, which allows
two families to vacation together but still maintain complete
privacy. Plus the home has a newly finished basement with a foosball table and room for you kids to play.

The location is convenient to all the Hampton’s attractions. Just 5
miles from downtown Southampton, and 10 minutes from the Atlantic
Ocean beaches. But the best part is being a stone’s throw from the
beautiful Peconic Bay, complete with beachside dining and live
