If you still have not made your plans for the summer, we have a few spots left in our Southampton house. We’re just looking for a bunch of fun, cool people to share the summer, so our shares are much less expensive than comparable houses. 1/2 shares (with Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends )and also a few 1/4 shares left with two of the three Holiday’s. The house has something for everybody. We have a fantastic, secluded 10 bedroom / 9 bathroom house with all the amenities. Heated Pool; Hot Tub; Basketball Court; BBQ; Outdoor Shower; Gourmet Kitchen; the works.

For those of you who want the Hampton’s relaxation, but still know how to have a good time, this is the place. And it’s centrally located in Southampton, close to all of the area attractions (clubs, restaurants, shopping, beach, park, gym and more). We are experienced managers and we are selective about ensuring that everyone who joins our house is friendly, respectful and outgoing, and looking to meet other fun people.
